Gary Hicks, Owner
Gary has lived in the Gunnison Valley since 1987. He graduated from Western State College with an Industrial Technology degree and has worked in many facets of contracting including carpentry, and owned his own tile company. He has managed hotel facilities and was head of Property Maintenance for West Wall Lodge. His decision to go out on his own has helped to expand his business to single-family homes and have the ability to take on properties throughout the valley. He loves the challenge of fixing things and often can eliminate the need for calling in subcontractors. He spends his free time enjoying the mountains with his wife and 2 daughters.
Carrie Hicks, Owner
Carrie has lived in the valley since 1992. She graduated from Western State College and has held many careers in the health and wellness industry including massage therapy, personal training, and now owns Synergy Athlete: a boutique fitness center in the heart of Crested Butte.
Both Gary and Carrie believe that their business is built on creating relationships based on trust and communication, and lead their business with these attributes at the forefront of their company. They live in this valley for the simplistic lifestyle and connection to the outdoors. They both love dirt biking, mountain biking, skiing, climbing, and sharing all of these activities with their children.
